Four: Account Management

5 . If the user does not log in for one year after registering the "DENX Watch" account, after notifying the user, Riui Smart can take back the account to avoid waste of resources, and the adverse consequences caused by this will be borne by the user.
6 , the user can cancel the account through the "Account and Security" page in the "Settings" page. The user confirms that the cancellation of the account is an irreversible operation, and the user should back up the information and data related to the smart account. , the user confirms that all services related to the smart account have been properly handled before the operation. After the user confirms and agrees to cancel the account, it does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the smart account are exempted or reduced. Five: Data storage
1 , DENX Watch is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the user's relevant data in this service.
2 , DENX Watch can determine the maximum storage period of the user's data in this service according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for the data on the server. Users can back up relevant data in this service according to their own needs .
3 . If the user stops using the service or the service is terminated, Ritual can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service is stopped or terminated, Ritual Smart is not obliged to return any data to the user.
Six: Risk taking

2 , the validity, interpretation and settlement of disputes of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 3 , No matter what reason any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.

Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement signed by you and RICH may not fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and RICH, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee full compliance with the future. development needs. Therefore, DENX Watch Privacy Policy and the DENX Watch Platform Code of Conduct are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect.
